| Located in the heart of the Old Dominion’s beautiful hunt and wine territories, my farm is easily accessed by anyone in the mid-Atlantic region of the country. My breeding program focuses on color and show quality conformation in my herd. I prefer lamas with easy dispositions, and I have made a concentrated effort to find show quality animals to add to my breeding program that do not reflect that harder-to-handle disposition so common in true show –quality llamas. I also prefer large llamas and llamas with color and you’ll find all of my preferences evident in the llamas I sell. I have some 50 crias due this fall and next spring out of my prize-winning suri stud, Kryptonite. Please stay tuned! Many of the crias are coming due to some of the highest winning females in the show industry. I’ve served on the Board of Directors of the Llama and Alpaca Association of the Mid-Atlantic States (LAMAS) for many years. I superintended the Virginia State Fair Llama Show for 5 years before turning that show over to a junior show exhibitor needing some show experience. I have been superintending the Eastern Regional Show Championship for the last couple of years. I taught a class at the local community college for people contemplating getting into the llama business. This spring, I hosted a behavior clinic for the world-acclaimed camelid behavioralist, Marty McGee Bennett. I attend conferences on the latest medical protocols and industry trends. I am a serious and reputable llama breeder. All of my llamas sell with a BVD guarantee. Please take a moment to peruse my recently updated website. There you will find valuable information to help you decide if llamas are the right animal for you. And please feel free to contact me. If I can’t answer your question, I’ll find someone who can. If I don’t have the llama you are looking for, I’ll refer you to a breeder who will. |
